   I can’t speak highly enough of my son’s nursery. From the very first day, they’ve been nothing short of exceptional. They are incredibly accommodating and genuinely understanding of each child’s individual needs. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The whole team creates such a calm, welcoming and nurturing atmosphere that instantly puts both parents and children at ease. The staff work unbelievably hard, and you can see their dedication in everything they do. Every morning we’re welcomed with warm smiles, and every afternoon Oakley comes out happy and content. He never wants to leave, which says more than any review ever could. He’s built such a strong, loving bond with the staff, and it’s clear they know him well and truly care for him. The care they provide throughout the day is incredible. He’s always fed well with meals that are healthy, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s even nice that the chef interacts with the children when he can. The care they put into making sure he’s happy, engaged, and comfortable throughout the day is incredible. Whether he’s exploring sensory activities, playing outside, joining in with music, or diving into messy play, he has the best time. He usually comes home absolutely exhausted, the kind of tired that only comes from a busy, stimulating, fun-filled day. One of the things we value most is the communication. We get regular updates on the app; photos, notes about his activities, observations, and general nursery news. It makes such a difference to feel connected and informed, especially when we’re curious about what he’s been up to. The team are brilliant at sharing details, celebrating his progress, and keeping us involved in his little world. We’ve noticed such positive growth in Oakley since he started. His confidence has blossomed, his independence is growing, and you can see how much he thrives in an environment where he feels safe and understood. As a parent, there’s no better feeling than knowing your child is truly happy and cared for. We are so grateful for the love, effort, and professionalism the staff show every single day. I don’t know how they do it! This nursery has become like a second home for Oakley, and we honestly couldn’t imagine him anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where their child will be cherished, supported, and encouraged to flourish.

   Our little girl has been going to this nursery since September. It was an easy and gentle adaptation. I didn't expect her to sleep there, because it's quite difficult for her to fall asleep during the day. But the ladies there managed to get her to sleep from the first day when there was a full session left. I appreciate and respect the work done for our little ones.

   My daughter has been going since she was about 1. Now she's getting close to 2 and obviously more mobile and inquisitive. Naturally she will have accidents/trips/slips/falls etc. But I'd expect staff to exercise all due diligence to help avoid those where possible. She had her first fall and bump to her head 1 month ago. Staff made us aware quickly. Monitored her after. It wasn't a big deal aside from a small bump on her head. Today I received a voicemail from staff 45 mins after the incident, (as they couldn't get hold of mum), the call was that she merely had a bump on her lip after a fall. But when she was seen by her mum, her bump turned into a cut in which she had a small amount of blood drip on her clothes, and her nose is swelling up. Looks more she went a couple rounds of boxing. It's my understanding that there were 2 staff members in her room, and 4 toddlers (when my wife went in). I'd give the benefit of doubt if all 4 kids were scattered about when my daughter fell. But staff stated that she surrounded by all the kids, and may have been pushed off a rocking horse. They're toddlers at the end of the day and don't know any better, but both staff should have been observant enough to manage 4 toddlers in close proximity to one another. I started off angry due to the amount of swelling because the people I trust to look after my child have failed, in my opinion. But, now I'm disappointed and feel let down, in the lack of transparency, and the lack of awareness from the staff watching the kids. The vagueness in my voicemail makes me believe they were either not paying attention, or hiding something. On a personal level, the staff do seem pleasant, and my daughter appears to have a positive relationship with a number of them. The manager had a good chat with various parents and explained how they were going to be moving forward. They have implemented some good changes, such as allowing parents to enter the nursery rooms to collect kids. In general, my daughter has looked forward to going nursery. She is excited everytime we drop her off, and usually in good spirits when we collect her. The cooks are obviously good, as she regularly eats her lunch, despite being picky with food at times. I don't normally leave reviews, but these seem to have more impact nowadays, so hopefully other parents can read this and get a more informed opinion on the nursery.
