Delivery, on line stated 50 minutes, 2hrs 15mins to arrive. Incomplete order Cold Food was lack lustre Phone calls were futile, complaining it was ordered on a busy night, take control of your own failings and stop trying to offload it onto others or the situation... First time and last time using this place...
Not all the food we ordered arrived. Did call to ask where the remainder was. They said they were sending it. No apologies. Needless to say that never arrived. Very poor service.
Fed up with the jade garden kilburn .quite happy to take your money ,but then it's down hill fast . Used to be OK. But repeat offenders of taking well over the stated 50 mins on delivery , as stated on food hub and when it does finally arrive , its cold and rubbery ! Rude young girl on phone .no customer service, just arrogance. They take your money ,do a half cut service ,slap your food in tubs, then drive it half way round Derbyshire it seems ?! You phone after 50 mins ,the driver left 20 mins ago .you ring back and say how cold and horrible it is ,grease settling on Top ,conjealed , they say it left ten mins ago and should be hot .They are rude and do not feel they have to offer Any part refund or another meal (although can't wait that long again) ordered at 7.10pm as to not get it too late ,as a Saturday night treat .its upsetting .they think folk can afford to throw away £45 ! For food ypu put in a bin as Your effort and attitude isn't worthy of our custom .it's been good ,bad ,service on and off for a year .tonight that's it .you have no worries about taking people's money and offering sub standard food and service, then your attitudes bad on top ,iust arrogance . So you won't be getting another penny . Driver rocked up watching football on his tablet placed on his front passenger seat so he could watch whilst driving ! so to sum up ...was it 20 mins ,10 mins ,7 mins or 30 mins .the different times quoted by the young woman on the phone ! Either way I wouldn't upset your evening, you end up hungry and well out of pocket !
Takeaway - Food has been up and down over the years but its has gone really downhill after change in menu. Quality has gone down off the scale. Portion size reduced and price increased. Very disappointing. Won't bother again!
We went in to order and collect after seeing a lot of negative reviews about delivery. We arrived at 7.30-8pm on a Friday night. Quick, friendly, and polite service. Food was outstanding. Not too greasy. Very well cooked and very tasty. I can imagine that delivery would be awful considering Kilburn is quite small with probably no other companies that offer delivery so a total lack of drivers willing to go out and collect. If you live in Kilburn then walk there and order. If you don't, I would advise you give it a miss as it sounds like you'll be waiting a good while for delivery. But I would personally recommend.

Never had a bad takeaway from Jade Garden, their food is beautiful, chow meins are delicious, salt and pepper anything is always so good. Great takeaway, delivery time is always before expected and the delivery guys are always lovely.
Completely impossible to order online. Cannot access the menu. 'My' basket contains a can of 7Up even though I haven't ordered it, and I cannot delete it. I have never used the website before but it tells me there is an account associated with my emsil address. Of course I don't have a password as I don't have an account, but played along and tried to reset it. Impossible. AND there is no phone number to contact the premises Totally unacceptable.
Ordered chicken fried rice with chips and carton of curry sauce. Made the big mistake of pouring the sauce over the rice. I could only eat a couple of mouthfulls. I think they thickened the sauce with salt by mistake. Not good.
We order one about every other Friday for delivery and it’s alway delicious! The salt and pepper wings are something else and if you like ribs try the honey ones! Can’t knock this place. Tasty and always hot. Friendly deliver drivers too but be prepared to wait a bit (it’s worth it though)!!!
