The nicest, kindest people work here. My son and I are very happy. It was nice from the moment we entered the hotel because we were greeted by nice gentlemen and one little gentleman, helpful with suitcases, bags, took us to the door of the room, explaining everything on the way. The lady who asked me and my son the next day if we were comfortable or overcame if the room suits us. It makes you want to come back here!!!

The Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen is a unique and stylish boutique hotel that provides a luxurious and comfortable stay for travelers. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access for anyone visiting the area. The rooms at the Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen are beautifully decorated with a chic and modern style. The beds are comfortable, and the furnishings are elegant and tasteful. The bathrooms are also well-appointed, with luxurious towels and toiletries provided. One of the standout features of the Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen is the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The staff members are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a memorable stay. They are knowledgeable about the local area and are always available to offer recommendations and assistance. The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including a bar, restaurant, and lounge. The bar is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, and the restaurant serves delicious food made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The lounge is a stylish and comfortable space where guests can relax and unwind. The prices at the Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen are on the higher side, but they are reasonable considering the level of luxury and service provided. Had my partner's 60th Birthday party there, couldn't have been happier the service & the buffet was excellent. The only downside I would say is that I was asked half way through the night to give food to the homeless...I would've given everything to the homeless at the end of the night. Management could've warned me that homeless reps would be arriving at some point, this wasn't they're first rodeo with parties etc. Also disappointed with what was boxed up at the end of the night, a few sausage rolls, chicken fillets & cheese rolls. I was told "we'll box up whatever can be boxed up". With that said a good night was had by all my family & friends & Nicola- Events Manager couldn't have been more accommodating when party was being organised A+++++ for Nicola...Carmelite... please let you're customers know in advance homeless reps would be arriving at some point so a better/larger amount of food could have been provided & set aside, I've worked in the 3rd sector for years & know the importance of looking after the less fortunate in society x

The staff are so friendly and helpful....breakfast was lovely, you can pick as little or as much as you want from the menu. They are working with the home office by giving rooms for refugees, I felt very humbled by what they were doing for these unfortunate people. The refugees did not affect my stay in this hotel and I had a lovely time in Aberdeen I will be returning to this hotel again. Thank you again Elaine Alan and all the staff for your kindness. Stay positive.

OMG, what a disaster. Absolutely no atmosphere!! Had booked a tipsy tea party for a friend's 50th, have to say the food was good as we're the cocktails but there was children running around, with no adult supervision, bare footed in the bar area where there may have been broken glass. As it turns out the 56 bedroomed hotel had 50 rooms full with refugees which is fine but please look after the children, after all this is the bar area. Maybe let people know when booking hence people can make up their minds if they still want to go there. Really put a dampener on our afternoon but have to say the staff were really nice

Had my Charity Dinner on 30th June, 2018. The events manager Nicole was lovely & very helpful. Food was a bit delayed( took a while to bring main meal after starter) but the food was beautiful. Loved the room setting. Loved everything provided including our welcome bubbly. You definitely know how to host a party Nicola. Everything was in place. The rooms upstairs were very clean too. I encountered one rude patron outside later in the man. one that did not know how to take a joke nor smile. But one person can not spoil the beautiful work/effort made to give us a wonderful night. I will use the venue always.
