Lindsay and Lindsey were incredible today with my mother and I, helping us with sizing and colours, and trying on all their beautiful stock. We came away with an amazing haul. The quality of the clothing & the shopping experience were first class and we’ll definitely be back for more!

Location - on the same site as the dear departed Gladys Falloon and continuing the tradition of lovely clothes in lovely surroundings - score 10/10; People - Jane & Lindsay are welcoming, charming, kind, and helpful but never pushy. They understand that people can lose their confidence and need help to choose clothes that make the outside look like the inside still feels, even after everything life has chucked at us - score at least 12/10 +++; Customer Service - nothing is a problem, if the item you want in the size you need is not in stock then they just call another branch and lo and behold, and in defiance of the usual rules of mail order, the desired item arrives a day later exactly as promised - score 10/10; Choice - amazing - almost too many lovely things - score 10/10. Such a lovely weekend in Henley with the girls where we stumbled across Busby & Fox. We were entertained, refreshed and left with full bags of fabulous clothes.
I discovered Busby & Fox a couple of weeks ago and have bought five pieces and all are beautiful, stylish and very comfy. Effortless to wear and great quality. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma today, (the owner) who was, unsurprisingly, dressed beautifully from head to toe. Very friendly and wanted honest opinions which was easy, as my opinions are all good. (Emma, I should have said “pockets please” which I love in skirts and dresses.) Props to the gorgeous Annie and Tracey in the Henley shop for their fabulous welcome and wonderful service. These two are absolute gems and a credit to the brand. Am loving everything Busby & Fox!
I have bought many items from the store but the online service is unfortunately poor. Returns website not working correctly and unable to talk to anyone in person, all though computer chat.
I've visited the lovely Totnes store occasionally when on holiday however recently I took a chance on ordering online two dresses having seen them on IG. I am delighted with the dresses which are gorgeous and FIT ME! I look forward to visiting in person soon. Thank you Busby and Fox.
Ordered a top and pair of trousers from the web shop and I am thrilled with both items. Trousers are super comfy and stylish as is the top. Busby & Fox could be soon my favourite brand. Lovely fashionable but classic items for ‘grown up’ women, which are easy to wear. Recommended.

Love this boutique. Stylish, relaxed fashion that is so wearable. Fabrics are gorgeous and price tags within reach of mere mortals unlike some other boutiques in Henley! Plus prosecco whilst you shop on a Saturday, perfect.
