It is a lovely shop with a wonderful selection of brands. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. I went in with my four-year-old, and they kindly gave her Duplo to play with while I tried things on.
Terrible experience. Went into this shop with my baby and was so disappointed with the customer service I was looking for a wedding guest dress. I accidentally spilt a coffee and the customer made me feel so embarrassed that the spillage happened I had to leave the shop.
One member of staff came across very rude and judgemental, and practically followed us around the store. She stated to ‘not try everything on as we could get makeup on it’, when we had tried one thing on in the changing rooms. Overall didn’t have a good experience and will not be returning.
Bad experience. The clothes are horrendously overpriced for the quality they are nothing special. I was told only after purchasing that there is a no refund policy only store credit. Horrible! Also, they don't take amex and for those prices they certainly should. Will never set foot in there again, especially when the people running it like to guess your size. Clothes are too big, baggy and in the end didn't fit well. However can't return them!
Brilliant service. I had been looking for a pair of 'sold out everywhere' shoes during lockdown and managed to source some at Fluidity. I called the store at 3.30pm and purchased them over the phone. They arrived at my flat at 8am the next morning, and the store kindly didn't charge me delivery. Really impressed - thank you!
Lovely product, a bit on the pricey side though but what ruined it for us was the customer service. Shame as we were really looking forward to shopping in here. It closed at 5.30pm. We entered at 5.25pm for a quick look around and were asked to leave as 'they had just tidied up'. Felt really unwelcome.
Lovely service. Great selection of designer clothes. This is an expensive store, they sell designer brands. I can’t always afford it, but such a treat when I can!
