Excellent customer service in Henley on Thames. I went to buy linen skirt I saw on White Stuff on-line sale. I love to see colours, to touch fabric before I bought. The warmed welcome and helpful advice bring the decision to bye the skirt perfect in size 10 (as I was ready to buy size 12). Than suddenly I saw the cardigan that goes well with the skirt but it was only on display the size 14. To find the cardigan in size 12 now helps another Salesperson and problem was solved. Thank you so much for excellent service!
We always visit here at Christmas after taking the kids to the local playhouse. It's one of our favourite shops to visit as the staff are very welcoming and helpful, with added bonus of comfy chairs with drinks available whilst choosing some Christmas treats for ourselves. Lovely shop with lovely staff.
