One of the worst shops I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The place was a mess, managers just walking around chatting, quality of clothes was awful too. Will never visit again.
My daughter and I visited the Bracknell store yesterday with my 3 year old grandson who fell over cutting his chin open badly. I can't thank the staff enough for how well they looked after my grandson, my daughter and me, (as I was a total wreck). Staff stayed with us, provided seats and water, cleaned and dressed his wound and gave him biscuits and sweets for being a brave boy, before we headed off to the urgent care centre. I wish I took the name of the lady who looked after us as well as her colleagues. Please accept a huge thank you from the 3 of us. ❤️
Nice place to shop, a good collection and affordable pricing. The customer service is great too. But not wheelchair accessible or buggy accessible as they have an elevator but have a sign on it saying only for goods and staff and the elevator doors are blocked with trolleys too. Quite disappointing when I visited with my infant today as I have used the elevator before and had to return back without shopping as we could not enter the store located on the 1st floor today.
This is one of my fav shops in Bracknell, always available and helpful staff. Lots of options variety for kids included. Prices are so reasonable and all good quality but I do agree that it is a shame that they do not stock clothes for men here so my husband almost thinks it is futile for him to even come inside. But otherwise 100 of 100 marks.

So popped into matalan today for click and collect and would like to show my concern of how unorganised it was, the service was shocking and the man at the check out was rude and didn't have a clue although seemed to be in charge which was worring. A positive the young gentleman that took over ( didn't catch his name) was very helpful
Not happy they are not selling mens clothes in this store, even though the sign outside said Black Friday sale on mens, women and children's clothes
This Matalan only dose female clothing because thay don't sell a large percentage of men's This store should be closed down The one in Camberley is great McDonald's don't sell a large percentage of vegi food but if thay stopped people would go crazy
There is a really great range of clothing and shoes which are at low prices. The quality of the items is pretty good, I brought a jacket from here 2 years ago and it's still going strong. The self service tills are a bit of a pain to start with but okay when you get used to it.
