   Great customer service from Ricky in the Bracknell store. I went to collect a coat which had not arrived in store, Ricky rang to check where it was in the system and then contacted me by telephone to update me on the status. When I returned to the store to pick up a different order he took over from another member of staff and quickly and efficiently got my order out for me. That’s what I want when I go to a store, to feel valued and that the staff care about my purchase. Well done Ricky, have a good Christmas!

   Great service, clothing range is always changing (so it's not all the old stuff all the time), equal amount of men's and women's clothes, the only let down is that it's very tightly packed (product wise) so theres not a massive amount of room.

   Excellent sale items. General stock broad ranging. Staff really positive and helpful (was served by Kenya today). Fantastic experience today so will return. Music volume questionable... but bearable by the time you get to the back of the shop. Overall, just the ticket.
