   I stopped by GDK on a whim and I’m really glad I did. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and even though it was a bit busy, the staff were still friendly and accommodating. I ordered a wrap meal, and everything from the fries to the meat was fresh and well-seasoned. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food. Definitely one of the better spots for a quick, satisfying bite. I’ll be recommending it to my mates for sure.

   Very disappointed with this place. The food was old, tasteless, and of very poor quality. The meat seemed reheated multiple times and the salad was far from fresh. On top of that, the prices are extremely high for what you actually get. Service was below expectations and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will definitely not be coming back.

   Had a quick stop at GDK and honestly didn’t expect much but wow, I was wrong. The place was clean, the staff were super friendly, and the food hit the spot. I ordered the Krunch Burger and it was packed with flavour, cooked just right. What stood out was how fresh everything tasted, and I didn’t have to wait long. It was my first time, but definitely not the last. Props to the team, keep it up!

   I visited GDK for the first time and I was honestly surprised the food was absolutely delicious! I didn’t expect the service to be that good either. The vibe in the restaurant was very welcoming, and they served the food fast without compromising the quality. I’ll definitely come back, but next time I’m bringing my family. Thank you, guys!

   I ordered two chicken OG kebabs, they sent me out a chicken one and a beef one. Apart from that the chicken was literally raw, it was very disgusting. When I called them they didn’t even listen to me just said a quick sorry… really disappointed

   Very disappointed, I had ordered 3 kebabs and had received just 2, I got in touch with the place and they denied that they had made a mistake with the order. On top of that, the 2 kebabs we did receive had fillings that we had asked to be removed and this wasn't the first time this has happened. What if someone who was allergic to these fillings would have eaten them after the ask was disregarded?All this can be seen and verified from the pictures attached. On the order can be seen onion and tomato to be removed,and easy to see onion and tomato in the kebab. Same story with sauce,but sauce can not be seen unfortunately,just tasted. Clearly Would NOT recommend.

   Fantastic kebabs , full of flavour , none of the grease like you get in traditional kebab shops. Great variety of choice in how you have your kebab . Chicken also on offer which is great and the cheesy chips are banging. You may think why a 5 for a kebab but in terms of fast food / kebabs these are 5 star. Flavour is top quality , salad is fresh and crisp and it's all put together nicely and ready for you to enjoy. I had the original to begin my journey but I will be looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. All I can say is if you like kebabs and not at the end of the night at 2am lol then you'll love these as a great lunch / dinner option.

   So decided to try our the latest KRAZE German Doner Kebab. Went to branch in Burton and went to order, the girl taking the order informed us that they had no Doner Spring Rolls and no Chicken Doner. So that straight away eliminated me ordering the big boss meal. In the end we ordered the original German Doner meal, which consisted of fries and a drink for £8.99. The Gym Box which was £4.99, the Doritos chilli heatwave Krunch Doner Burger which was £4.99, the doner nachos £3.99 and the curry fries for £ 2.49. Totalling a whooping £25.45. Whilst we were ordering a man who was the store owner told one of the workers to close the doors and that they will not be serving any more customers, the amount of staff behind the counter was excessive. It was over crowded and made the staff look like they didn't know what they were doing. Anyways whilst they were getting my order ready, the man that asked for the doors to be closed shouted our order number and then stated that they didn't have enough doner to put in the gym box and would we like chicken instead, at that point it was getting a bit difficult to actual understand what they did have and what they didn't as when I was ordering I was told there was no chicken, I politely asked for the normal doner to be then told it will take 10 mins to make the doner which will mean that my remaining food will get cold. I still asked for the normal doner. In total it took them 20 mins to make the food, and low and behold when it did come the fries were cold, I asked a member of the staff is they could change the fries as they were cold, she did do however a member of staff shouted from behind the counter, these ones have just come all the way over from Pakistan, I heard what the staff member said so I spoke to the lady who I asked to change the fries, she informed me that she was the store manager, I then told her what the staff member said, instead of acknowledgement of the staff members inappropriate behaviour, she started laughing and said she didn't hear anything. I told her that neither was I stupid and neither was I deaf, she then asked another member of staff what the person said who acknowledged that the staff member did say what I heard, however he was saying it in jest to another member of staff. The store manager gave an apology which was neither here neither there, so I asked who the owner of the place was, to be told it was the person who asked for the doors to be shut, however he was outside, so as we left we spoke to the gentleman, and informed him off what happened, he apologised and asked me to inform him who said the remark, to which I did. He then called the store manager and asked her what happened, again she acknowledged the incident did happen and that she was going to speak to the person in question, which I highly doubt but will give her the benefit of doubt. I came home and upon inspecting the rest of the food, the gym box had hardly any doner in it and was less than half full, The curry fries for £2.49 are defo not value for money, honestly for a brand like GDK there fries are a let down, instead of the doritos chilli heatwave krunch burger I actually got the standard doritos Krunch burger. The food was cold, in respect to how long it took me to drive home which was a 3 minute drive from the place. Overall rating. Food 3/10 ( cold, wrong items given, some items portions were incorrect ) Service 1/10 ( seriously need to educate staff that you cannot throw remarks like the one that was thrown, this could seriously damage reputation and the brand, especially as this is a new franchise that has opened ) Really disappointed as I have been to a few GDK and I feel the this is definitely the worst one out lot. Walsall so far in the winning lead.
