   I received exceptional and caring customer service from Sophie. I rang the store to see if this dress was in her shop. It was! I was explaining why I wanted to buy it and she agreed with me it would be perfect for that occasion! To have someone so helpful and enthusiastic is so appreciated. Sophie is a great asset to the team and company! A huge thank you Sophie!

   I have never left a bad review before but after hearing two staff members mocking a woman of another culture for asking a simple question I couldn’t not! Train your staff to be kind human beings. Awful experience. Visited the store 30/04 4pm.

   We were looking around and heard the staff replying incredibly rudely to another customer who simply asked if they sold anything gold. ‘I don’t know how you want me to help you if you don’t know what you want’ was the response given. Icy and not kind at all to a woman that asked what I would class as a perfectly reasonable question. The lady who asked the question left the store and then the two staff members at the till decided it was professional and kind to discuss how ridiculous they thought the request this women had was. Disgusting customer service quality from the two women at the till on Saturday 30th April around about 16:00.
