   Yesterday (Christmas Eve) I went in about an hour before they closed to try on some clothes. Needed a matching top and the shopping assistant in the changing room, Eve, was absolutely amazing. She Brought me so many options and was so lovely and incredibly helpful, such a lovely and bubbly girl even though she was working later on Christmas Eve. A diva that needs a raise.

   Same old H&M, One person serving a huge line of customers, customers trying to serve themselves getting confused with removing security tags! Obviously public haven't had training! Christmas will be a nightmare, start queuing now!

   The sandals I bought online aren’t very comfortable at all and Ive got blisters both feet on the first day I wore them. I can’t even walk properly due to the pain. So I went to the store right away that day and showed to the store manager what happened. Unfortunately, she’s not very sympathetic at all, quite aggressive and make me feel it’s my fault and doesn’t care if I will not purchase again from H&M. Instead, she told me that it’s very normal to feel like that and I have to break them so it will feel comfortable. The issue isn’t that, it’s how she responded and told me with the whole scenario without sympathy and aggravation. That’s not what costumer service is all about and I was really disappointed with her. Sad as I was such a loyal H&M costumer and first time to complaint regarding my purchase. Really disappointed!

   What a messed up system for picking up parcels...only the 3rd member of staff I have asked helped me...I think her name was Aysha, thank you again. 1 star - poor management.

   While shop you have 2 manned Tills and 2 self checkout. The queue time during busy time is approx 30 mins. Plus if you want to use fitting rooms, add another 20 mins. Very frustrating experience for such a big shop.

   I needed some boy baby vests in 3/6 months, thinking I could buy a pack and they would have a decent selection. The baby section in this store is very, very small and not a great range of choice, and they do not sell packs of vest.

   Amazing range at H&M, this lovely young lady helped me pick out some clothes for an interview and was extremely helpful. However, prices are very high for a simple shirt.

   They are ok, but price is to higher according to the stuff they sell its not very good quality , just ok and if they reduce price could be better for those who only can buy on sales. Can't afford otherwise.
