   Great store with fantastic products. The new location is so much better as i actually remember it’s there. My new first choice in Festival Place. It’s great to have a fashion store dedicated to menswear.

   Extremely poor customer service. Highly non recommended place to shop. Better to get from Debenhams Jack n Jones section or online. Rude staff, make faces n doesn't understand customers situation.
