Great customer service from the staff at this shop. They located a jumper in the right size for my husband at a different store & had it delivered to them for us to pick up.
There was an older lady in front of me in the queue and the lady shop assistant helped her and even put the bag of shopping in her trolley. That rarely happens these days. She was lovely
Great shop, so much choice. Very impressed with the staff - witnessed the manager (?) dealing very calmly and kindly with a customer who was having difficulty understanding the postal refunds procedure. It took about 10 minutes but was successful!

It would help if staff were trained properly after trying to buy a few sale items was informed one was priced wrong she went out the back spoke to someone came back and said can you come back on friday, 2 days later!! I said no.. i only popped into kill time so they lost a sale of £80. For a company that was in trouble recently I wouldn't think losing customers is the right way to go..however great selection of clothes to choose from lovely clean store well laid out just a shame you can't buy anything..
