   I initially had a positive impression of this store, but after several visits my experience has changed. The manager has come across as rude and unhelpful, which makes shopping here unpleasant. It’s surprising that a company would keep someone in such a customer-facing role when their attitude undermines the service. A store can only thrive if customers feel respected and supported — unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case here.

   Can't have anyone else collect for you. Ridiculous. Askes to show up with photo of ID or bank cars. Stupid store and policy. Everywhere else only needs order number. Wish they lose their business for being stupid.

   I had to return a pair of walking boots that I purchased in Wales last year. No problem at all with getting a replacement of a different boot as I had lost confidence in the original ones. Very friendly sales lady who did everything to help me.

   BEWARE!! Terrible Attitude + Advertised Prices Are Not Purchase Prices!?!!?? Purchased a pair of walking boots in Bracknell store for my son that were clearly advertised at £26.99 only to discover when getting home I was charged £39.99! Went to my local Wokingham branch and explained, but instead of an apology I got “well our price changes happen on a Wed” in a rather supercilious tone… as if I should know?! The same lady also reiterated £39.99 is the sale price at the till, whilst I pointed out they are clearly advertised both in this store and Bracknell at £26.99… 48% increase is not a small price change either!!! As a busy parent I don’t have time to price check every item at the till (which was the only ‘solution’) or worse get my child to try on shoes and clothes not knowing how much they will cost!? Also the reason she gave as to why their pricing labels are still not accurate by 3:30pm on same day of the changes is because there are only two staff working even though the store was very quiet. It seems due to a poor system and staff attitude… invest in electronic price displays if your prices regularly fluctuate so much, or use a large price sign for each line item rather than labelling each one individually, that way there will be less to update and you’ll be advertising the right prices. I also needed some boots for my daughter too but went to Cotswold outdoor instead!

   Great selection of clothing and equipment depending on if you are a hardy explorer or casual walker. From a casual jacket to a 3 in one jacket, camping equipment, rucsacks, boots and accessories. I've bought several items, including a 3 in 1 jacket in Black Friday deal, great price, but they always have been good with their quality and price. Will continue shopping there.
