Not great store I don't know why but they have barely any staff maybe one person on each floor it's kinda useless if you want to ask a question
Hadn't been to H&M in a long time and have to admit it has lost some of its charm. Selection is now very basic and minimalistic, not a wide range of colours for instance - everything seems to be black, white, or beige. Prices are affordable and some discounts might be available if you are a member.
Absolutely love H&M the clothing quality is always amazing and sizes are spot on too, the staff are always lovely and polite. There H&M app is amazing and becoming a member really pays off so many benefits and discounts after becoming one the prices are very good and suit each item of clothing nothing is over priced. 100% one of my favourite and go to stores.
A good place to pick up cheap basics. It's a big store over two floors and usually well arranged and neat (when not on sale). Staff are friendly and this chain offer a good recycle scheme for clothing in exchange for vouchers at any branch. When on sale, racks are badly overstuffed and unorganised.
Great customer service, the server was very knowledgeable and helped massively, however the changing rooms had an over welming stench and made me feel quite queasy.
Awful for men's clothes and a very limited range of small sizes.
Only breif look in the store, they now sell all kinds of merchandise
Took my grandchildren here 30 mins before closing a couple of weeks ago to grab outfits for lunch the following day. Roped in some staff to help throw some outfits together and they were amazing. Thank you very much! They went to The Dorchester, looked amazing and turned a few heads. Well done!
