   I had a very disappointing experience at New Look during my recent visit. I went to purchase two items, and when the staff member at the till asked for my email, I explained that it was too long and I would prefer to enter it myself. Instead of being understanding, she was rude, and then three members of staff — including the one serving me — started laughing about it, which I found very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not available, and I was shocked to learn that one of the people laughing was actually the supervisor. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially towards paying customers. Staff should always treat customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of the situation. New Look should provide better training to their staff on customer service and professionalism. If this behaviour continues, I’m sure many customers will think twice before returning.

   I've been to that store once or twice 10 years ago and was deeply disappointed. It was a mess! Ten years down the line I went in as advised by my husband and... The store is a mess as usual. It looks more like a charity shop or a cheap night club with dim lights and unnecessarily loud music. On top of that, the staff is nowhere to be seen, because, as it turns out they're too busy chatting and giggling by the poorly lit till. This time I am defiantly NOT going back there, ever again.

   Don't feel that staff are properly trained or supported. Constantly having issues at check out. Things not scanning etc. I actually ended up paying 40 pounds I shouldn't have on card charges as instead of refunding an item they charged me for it again...then charged me interest for owing them the money that should have been returned to me. I only go there as I have little choice locally.
