   I’m disappointed with the customer service at the H&M in Didcot. On my recent visit, I brought three bags for recycling, but the staff member at the till only gave me two vouchers. When I asked about it, she was unfriendly and didn’t greet me or explain the situation properly. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced rude or unprofessional service at this store.It’s frustrating, because other H&M locations like the one in Oxford are much more welcoming and helpful. I hope the Didcot branch improves its customer service and ensures staff are trained to handle recycling and vouchers correctly, as well as treating customers with respect.

   Went to H and M earlier this afternoon and asked for helping find a top they were very helpful and 3 members of staff helped me look for it. Would definitely recommend for a friendly shopping experience.

   Men's dept. upstairs. Took 3 pairs trousers to try on. Changing room notice. " Closed" so dumped the trousers and headed out of store. Then noticed another changing room on ground floor. WHY Couldn't they have said that on the notice upstairs? Very Poor management.

   There was a lot of attitude among the serving staff. People waited in line to be served. As I waited, my eyes were fixed on the H&M lady behind the till. She showed a lot of attitude while serving all the customers. When it was my turn, I asked for bags. She rolled her eyes back. Then she gave a loud "Oh!", so everyone could hear her. I insisted on helping her get the hanger for the clothes, so I did so. The clothes were just tossed into bags, tossed at me. Looks like she's not pleased with her job. An attitude like that will never take you far. Treat others with respect.

   The store is nice and big, and most of the staff seemed friendly-ish. However, there was this one rude staff member who was talking to my sister in a mean way. My sister asked her if she had a certain garment in another size and the staff member snapped back at her really rudely and was just showing so much attitude. 5 stars for nice store and nice layout, 1 star for that staff member.
