It’s fantastic to have such a great clothes shop in Lymington. You can always fine things to wear. It’s a great place to buy holiday clothes I have bought many gifts. I love the brands and the staff are really helpful.
Lovely boutique shop with gorgeous clothes - never go in without seeing something go love! French Connection and Great Plains are the fave- fab customer service too!
It's a shame that our visit today didn't live up to other reviewers experiences. Started browsing only to hear the person on the till and another browser moaning about the number of people coming into the shop and how they "just sneak in when your back is turned" (maybe 4 people in there). A polite 'could you wait a few minutes...' would have sufficed rather than treating your potential customers with such contempt.
Great little gem of an independent boutique. The owner and staff are always going out of their way to help you. Well worth a visit. Much more pleasurable than going to the larger stores at the moment. More like a personal shopping experience. Give them a try!
Fantastic service! Lesley went out of her way to help me with an awkward request over the phone (I live in Edinburgh!) - helping me to buy a gift for a Lymington friend. She wrapped it beautifully and wrote a note, sent me a photo of the parcel and even went to the trouble of hand delivering it on her way home. She went above and beyond and I'm so grateful. The gift (one of the make up bags with wonderful funny quotes on them) has put a huge smile on my lovely friend's face and made her day. Thank you so much Lesley for everything!
Thank you Frock Shop The lady who served me in March suggested an outfit which I would never had tried on. A catsuit at 70.!!! However I tried it and it was superb for the Barbados Beach wedding. Together with an off white cotton scarf, also suggested, it fetched many compliments - and I felt really elegant The material was soft and flowy , navy background and large off white hibiscus flowers.
