One of the most rudest sales assistants I have ever met. Also they don't stock a size 18, honestly made me feel like the fatest woman in the UK because I wanted a roomier pair of cords. I have written to Crew Clothing because I thought their attitude was appalling, avoid at all costs!!!

Came into store today. Ladies stood in store whispering about me as if I were a shoplifter. They confronted me regarding why I wasn’t wearing a mask! I explained I was exempt. They then said they set out their own rules and I was asked to leave the store feeling totally humiliated and penalised. The guidelines on the government website clearly states that evidence of exemptions isn’t a requirement in store. Do your research before ostracising customers!! Thank you Nicky for today!!
