   Just popped my head in to see what Phase Eight do, and came away feeling happy that I had found a few fabulous outfits for my daughter’s wedding. The lady that served me was so so helpful, attentive, honest and actually interested in her job. Unfortunately didn’t get her name, but she had very curly blond hair. She advised on clothes I wouldn’t have thought of, but that actually looked great! Thank you for making my shopping trip a pleasure!

   I ordered two phase eight dresses online but returned them to the shop as they were not suitable for me. On both occasions I was served by a very pleasant lady and received my refunds promptly. I was very happy with my third order apart from creases. Fortunately the same lady said to bring it to the shop to be pressed. I did this and am really pleased with my purchase.! Thank you to Deborah at Derbion for all your help and kindness. I appreciate the brilliant service and would not hesitate to recommend Phase Eight Pat Copeland

   I called into phase eight in Derby on the off chance they had accessories to go with a dress I had previously bought. Whilst having a look around the shop I fell in love with a gorgeous dress ideal for my daughter’s wedding. Lynn assisted me and was absolutely great. She helped with the dress choice and matched my final choice with some gorgeous accessories. She helped with colours and offered great advice for a MOB attending an April wedding. I would highly recommend phase eight for any outfit but particularly for a special occasion. A big thank you to Lynn, I knew I wasn’t entirely happy with my dress before coming into store. But with your help and advice I feel amazing and so excited for the big day!

   We often shop at Phase Eight as the designs and fit really suit Julie (my wife). We have had mixed service levels from good to not so good from outlets we have visited around the country. Julie found a couple of dresses at Phase Eight online so rang the Derby shop to see if they had them in stock, Jade was very helpful and said they had and that they would put them to one side for later that day when we could get in. Later that day we visited the shop and were greeted by Georgina and Betsy who informed us that Jade had finished for the day but that they were fully aware of the dresses that had been saved. Both Georgina and Betsy were perfection in sales management making helpful suggestions but never pushy. We simply could not have been better served, they are a credit to Phase Eight. The end result, a complete wedding outfit, Dress, Jacket, Shoes, Bag and Fascinator. Best experience in a single shop, EVER.

   Had a few issues with a particular dress that I had ordered numerous times on line and needed an alternative dress for an up and coming Anniversary and explained to Georgina the issues I had been having with this particular dress. Georginer and Betsy went out of their way to find me a dress and checked stock to find the right dress and style. They were polite and so helpful in helping me to find the right dress. Would highly recommend Phase Eight Derby store. Fantastic service.

   I would highly recommend Molly and the team at Phase Eight Derby for their excellent customer service. Molly went over and above to help me complete my outfit for a wedding. She helped with advice and suggestions until we got the look right! Giving her time and patience! After a bad experience trying to get a refund from Phase Eight online, Molly has now restored my faith in Phase Eight. Well done Molly!

   Went to Sheffield Meadowhall first to Phase Eight to look for outfit for a wedding in September,but could not find anything and the staff were not attentive or helpful and left very disappointed. Travel back to the Derby and went into the Intu Shopping Centre and call into Phase Eight and the experience was totally different the staff Georgina and Molly were very attentive, helpful and help me find an outfit. The dress I purchased was recommended by Georgina which I had at first had said no to. I will be going back to purchase shoes in a couple of weeks as at the moment they do not have in store. 10 out of 10 for customer service.
