   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding customer service! Popped into Moss Bros in Southampton just to check if they had my size in the new navy blue Trench coat, and from the moment I walked in, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. They kindly offered to put the coat aside for me, which was a huge help, and when I went back later to purchase it, they were just as friendly and attentive. They even offered to hang up the coat I was wearing while I tried the new one on such a thoughtful touch! We ended up having a really genuine and friendly conversation while completing the purchase. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely flawless something you don’t often see these days, especially around Southampton. Truly a top-notch experience!

   Needed a suit for next Saturday! Have to say I walked in the store and welcomed by staff. Allowed to view suits on view then was asked if I was looking for anything particular. The service and attention to the details of what I was looking for was exceptional. All members of staff had there input to ensure the suit, the shirt, the socks, the tie , pocket handkerchief, shoe colour and even the Socks all went well together. Ironically one of the staff members assisted me 3xYears back and we both remembered. Again back then was the attention to detail. Just want to say thank you and what great service.

   Absolutely wonderful and extremely efficient service! I came in today from London (as my banking internship had just ended) looking for a new set of trousers and in less than 20 minutes I left the store quite a happy customer. One of the gentlemen working there (Barry) helped me through the entire process and had been on point with every single decision he took when handling my case - I truly wish more people like him had the same passion and craftsmanship in this industry. Notably, having interacted with this branch for the past 2 - 3 years or so, I have never been disappointed by the service and quality of the products I received (unlike some of the London branches)!

   I cannot understand why anyone would badly review this store, I have been there so many many times and purchased lots of quality items, have purchased lots of tailor me items and always happy, especially with the knowledge of “any problem come right back” Jaz Wayne Tony Barry Dave Lee Amarik Lydia and Ulrika are an absolute gem and credit to the store, each and everyone takes their time to make sure I’m happy with my purchase, give brilliant ideas and opinions, wouldn’t go anywhere else other than another moss bros store Keep it up people you’re doing it right

   Will never recommend to anyone! £800 to rent and spent nearly £200 puting it right ourselves. Went to pick suits up days before the wedding and there were bits missing from a complete suit... no trousers in one set, a tie instead of a dicky bow in another and one suit was not even there!! Lucky we checked days before as it would of ruined the day trying to sort it out!! Had to buy 2 new shirts as they did not measure up correctly and a pair of trousers, new pair of shoes as they rubbed like hell and marks on one of the trousers shown in picture. They happy to take your money but do not take care after that! After complaining they offered 20% off next time! (Like you plan to get married again) Absolute jokers, there are plenty of other places to go!

   Absolutely awesome shop..!! I've never had a fitted suit made for me and I can wait to get it now.. As I'm my Brother best man, I thought I would treat him to new suit. Make sure he is looking dapper for his big day.. Outstanding service with very helpful staff..!! They hooked us up with 3 fitted suit and they're being sent to are local Moss Bros, as we were just visiting for the day.. Over the moon..!! I will be Highly recommend them from now on..!!
