   I used Hobbs styling appointment for an occasion outfit. It was such an easy experience, all the options were ready for me to try on. The ladies offered accessories which could be worn and it made the whole shopping experience so relaxed. Every time I am in store the staff are so helpful. You don’t get this experience shopping online.

   You staff are fabulous. I was looking for an item which was out of stock on your website and my local shop. Lynsey from your Aberdeen branch offered to check other store and sourced the dress in York. After a phone call to me she arranged for it to be sent to the Aberdeen store to allow me to try it on. On attending the store Alex served me with friendly chat .

   What a helpful and friendly store! I had to return an item if clothing I had ordered online and the assistant, Lynsey, not only helped me choose something in store but she asked me if it was for a particular occasion and then personally went round the store and brought everything in my size to the dressing room and helped me to choose the best one. She was so friendly and professional and was only too happy to spend time ensuring that everything was perfect. I will be back!
