   Julie didn't provide evidence of what she called " been returned or sold ". Over 25 items were unaccounted for . She refused to give me any information/ evidence. I had been doing efficient trading with Angela ( previous manager) with ALWAYS getting print out of everything. No problems. Julie could never be bothered, didn't care and I ended up losing hundreds of pounds worth of merchandise. Victoria, her assistant in 2022 was passive aggressive, pushy and aloof . Garments got stained but they refused to take responsibility. Julie just isn't interested in taking time to look after her customers or their welfare with stock discrepancies. Don't trust this dress agency. Julie can't be bothered and won't help you. I'm out of pocket and I felt extremely upset by her at the time. I was going to take it to Civil Litigation solicitor but I just couldn't be bothered with the stress. The WORST DRESS AGENCY...EVER !! Don't sell your items here . Julie won't bother checking if been returned, damaged or not . Ignorant and doesn't care . She can't be bothered and has no sense of consideration for people's lives or items . She's very dismissive and hard faced . STAY CLEAR

   Awful experience. Never ever again. Brought a bag £ 67 which I just didn't notice was damaged. I took it back a week later. They said nothing they could do. I explained the damage wasn't easy to see. They said first it they didn't know it was damaged. Then they said it was priced accordingly. You cant be expected to vet a damaged item from a purchase. Impossible. Looking at the shop very posh I didn't even consider they would sell substandard goods. Dress agent or not. They didn't care .

   Please avoid this place! I bought Gucci x adidas collaboration trainers from here sold as genuine Gucci trainers, after inspection by a professional I was informed these were fakes. I returned to the shop in a polite manor and asked for a refund and explained the situation. To my surprise I was greeted with a vile, patronising lady who wouldn’t offer me a refund and admitted to not everything in the shop is genuine and it was own fault for thinking they were genuine. I explained it is illegal to sell fake goods however she still would not give me my money back therefore this has led to me writing this review and I will be contacting trading standards. It’s a real shame I have shopped here a couple of times over the last couple of years and I feel really disappointed I have been treated like this.

   Another successful shopping trip at BKS yesterday, excellent quality clothing, often branded, and some sale prices too! It’s not just the staff in the shop but the other customers are so helpful too at pulling an outfit together and giving their support in finding the right clothes that fit to compliment.    Very helpful. Honest about what looked good and what didn't. Large range of wedding guest and mother of bride outfits, although these were out of sight during the sale, they were brought out for me to browse and try on. Will go back.
