   Poor service, they always blame the customer that we were abusive but the truth is they are very poor and don't like giving money back took 6 weeks just to get a refund. Joke of a place.

   The two stars are for the fact she’s probably one of two shops in derby that actually sell decent clothes however customer service and works ethics is appalling, just a typical Asian shop, not really bothered about customer satisfaction, ‘if you won’t buy it someone else will’ is the sort of attitude they have so if you have an issue don’t expect for it to get resolved.

   Staff is rude. Second time buying a suit from here paid 100 for one and 90 for other both suit ripped on the day of wearing them. There was no signs to say it was on sale but when I tried to return it yaz and her staff claimed it was a sale item which was a designer dress and I must have done it myself. Only because it was the second item I had purchased from there that was faulty I went back to see if we could resolve the issue, he attitude was disgusting and the owner started getting abusive. A suit that cost £100 should not rip on the first wear. Contacted trading standards she's not getting away with robbing people. Never go again

   I came in to purchase suits for the family for our forthcoming Eid. I had a very positive experience and were personally looked after by Yasmin. The ladies suits were excellent quality and of the latest designs from abroad. They have a very good array of jewellery available and are situated close to Yannis Desserts the best dessert shop in Derby.

   Awful customer service ordered a suit for special delivery by 1 for eid ,however suit never Deliverd ,contacted Kayra never got back to me turned phone off as soon as it turned 1. I just feel lied to no professionalism or good customer service I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase anything from her
