   This is a great store to shop at and enhanced not only by the fabulous choice of clothing adult/child but the loveliest of staff (Faith, Lauren, Mercy)who give excellent customer service and go above and beyond.    Poor customer service, cashier was too busy chatting to a colleague than to give us her 100% attention. She even took an item of ours and put it on the back shelf rather than to scan it and pack it for us. We had to ask why she was doing that and we explained that we wanted the item. Had she given is her full attention I stead of personal conversation this would not have happened.

   This store looks amazing! They’ve done up the store and it looks so high class and designer. The clothes River Island have are always good quality and in fashion! Will be nice if they bring back the student discount and petite clothing section though!

   Absolutely outstanding service I received when I went in on the 7th of September from a lady in the woman's department at River Islands. She was very attentive and helpful. The shop floor is amazingly clean and well set out. Absolutely love River Islands!
