Thank you to Jess for giving my daughter a very personal experience choosing a prom dress this morning with only weeks to go before the big event. Would recommend a visit!
I’m afraid to say as lovely as the staff are, they are clearly short staffed. Me and my daughter went for a lovely mum and daughter day excited to choose a prom dress. Arrived at 12.30 pm and had to leave at 14.10 as after 15 mins browsing and choosing dresses. The rest of the time we were waiting to try on the dresses. It’s a real shame as it was our first experience. And it wasn’t the walk in and try on experience the website lead us to believe. Unfortunately we had another appointment for a spa afternoon so at least our whole day wasn’t spoilt. We’ve now booked to go elsewhere and made appointments at these other places. The staff did try and say that if we hung on they cd do 2 at a time so we’re very nice. But I didn’t want to do that as there were 6 others in the queue and they were already annoyed. There were 2 other changing rooms not being used non of understood why 3 couldn’t try on at the same time. Never mind. A wasted parking ticket too!!!
Went to get my prom dress today, and the service was absolutely amazing. Caitlan was so polite and kind. I loved every moment in the store and came back with a gorgeous blue dress, prices are great too if you want something on a budget, I would go back again. I highly recommend! Xx
Went to get my wedding dress today and found it almost straight away - the staff there were lovely and helpful, especially Hollie as she helped me with fittings. Lots of choices and sizes to look through, and the prices are very decent - highly recommend!
We came here today looking for a prom dress for my daughter,only to find out after an hours drive they weren't open on a Sunday for prom dresses, it was just open for wedding dresses,even though it said they were open on Sundays on the website we were very disappointed. My daughter was so excited. When we told them it took us an hour to get there only to be let down,it seemed like they just didn't care. They did apologise but in a sarcastic way I wouldn't recommend this place
