    it closed down yesterday . it used to be a great shop a few years ago with the older manager who was from leeds . i bought alot of lyle and scott and polo from there , then the shop moved round the corner and went rapidly down hill.certain labels and shoe makes just vanished and i never shopped in it again.the staff were beyond useless and never helped let alone cared about serving anyone.r.i.p infinities you wont be missed.

    I have just been into this store and I can tell you now if it wasent for the fact that I needed the garment I would of walked out there is no customer service I asked for a product all I got was it’s there flicked it and there flicked again no smile terrible terrible I work in retail in management and if they worked for me well they wouldn’t no wonder the store was empty this was the Derby store terrible

    I went to hand my CV in there was a job posting for part time and full time staff stuck up in the window. The asian manager wouldn't even let me speak he just kept saying "no no were not hiring" "no" i don't know if my thigh high boots offended him or what but it was blatant discrimination and before anyone screams racism I'm asian myself. It says here to post your experience and my experience was that the staff was unpleasant and rude.
