   I was very disappointed with the service provided by the staff. The young boy did not speak English, which made communication very difficult. He did not know how to help customers and have the impression that he had no training. Maybe he could do simple cleaning work in the shopping centre, but even then I am not sure if he is qualified Overall , he was not suitable for serving customers. Very rude, unprofessional service. He damages the reputation of the shop.

   Management are actively rude to customers and can hear her complaining to other member of the public about how awkward customers can be. No wonder this store is always empty

   Visited with my wife, she tried to get help from one of the sales assistants, but unfortunately she was too busy talking to a friend, so after five minutes we walked out. Will not go there again.

   Very unhelpful. Tried to take items back that were 2 days late. Would not refund... which I understand, but would not exchange or give credit note either. Manager just said "sorry, there's nothing I can do". I went to another well known store shortly after and another customer had the same scenario but they exchanged anyway for her. It's unusual times at the moment and had to self isolate but they weren't interested. Shame really because I would have been happy with a credit note to spend there again.

   Went here to look at suits for the upcoming prom. Asked for help from the staff regarding different sizes and cuts but was told to go to the website and order things from there to try on. I am more than capable of ordering online, but wanted to take my business to the local shops to support them. No wonder town centres are struggling if all you get told in there is to shop online!! Many schools having proms, you'd think that a shop selling suits might have been prepared for it!
