   I'm so glad I chose Workwear Giant to order some beanie hats for my Scouts. I initially chose the wrong colour ("flourescent orange" unsurprisingly is just that, but monitor screens don't reproduce that colour too well) and contacted them to return/replace. Holly made everything so quick and easy - I returned the hats along with our necker for them to match the colour, which they did and replaced the order really quickly and are now abosultely perfect. Great customer service and I will definitely use them again.

   I have to say a massive thank you to all who were involved in my order from a week or so ago. The customer service I have received has been brilliant, especially the lady answering your phone line (I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name!) who was most helpful both times I rang. I’m especially grateful for the help received in making sure my order reached me in time when my deadline was unexpectedly moved forward, and the quality of garments is just perfect. Very pleased with both the service and garments and would definitely recommend Workwear Giant!

   Waited 12 months for stock to come in, then was told we could pay when delivery had been taken, then told me have to pay first, then told items had gone out of stock... I wouldn't order from these again.. it was their issue and thy failed to rectify it. Copied email reply from them below... 'I can only apologize for the issues you have faced so far, it seems that both our accounts departments policies on payments have somewhat clashed, and are at the root cause of the delays that have arisen' Only got 1 star as couldn't award zero!

   Very Disappointing Service! Purchased a few XL shirts which ended up being much larger than normal so returned them for a refund and purchased then again in a smaller size. I expected the refund for the first order to be credited back to my account within a few days but after 3 weeks & 3 phone calls no refund. The worst thing is the return shipping costs only cost me £3.95 with the same service they use but they hold back £7.14 which is double the amount and not justified. Unfortunately this was my first & will be my last order from Workwear Giant and hopefully from reading this review they will improve their service to others. Please keep the refund, it's no longer needed!
