Every time i go into clarkes I deal with the same forklift driver. And he's always got a smile and a chat. Now that's top customer service skills. What a great guy.
Clark’s Eastleigh have been so good. Great customer service and so helpful every time I’ve been in. They even kindly replaced a pair of my son’s shoes without any issues. Many thanks I’ll definitely be back!
I phoned ahead, about a style I saw online and found they had a variety of sizes and widths in that style. I visited. I had the sole attention of one of the assistants who remembered my phone call. After trying on four different pairs quickly I was able to purchase and now own a wonderfully comfortable pair of shoes.
Shoes are good, customer service is fantastic. Every staff member we have seen in this shop has been brilliant. A special thanks to Niki however, as she has been looking after our girls for over 3 years now and always brings a smile to their faces. She is a real credit to the company
Thank you to Niki at Clarks, Eastleigh for her kindness, patience and help in getting some lovely boots for our 2 year old grandaughter. She made the whole experience such fun and the fact the boots were on promotion was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this store for brilliant customer service.
Would like to see the store stock women's shoes up to a size 8, popped in for some new work shoes, after taking a long time to pick out a few options the staff member went back to find them in my size only to say they only go up to a 7 in store so I'll have to try online. No mention of returns policy so didn't feel like the service was up to scratch.
Bought shoes for both my grandchildren this week and found the staff who served us fobbing us off with shoes they never asked for because apparently the shoes my grandchildren wanted were at the back of the store room and couldn't be reached. I demanded they get the shoes from the store room which they did but it seems to me the staff can't be bothered to check the store room at the back. One of the assistants a young girl couldn't be bothered to help my grandson with his shoe laces, and never bothered to get up off the floor when I asked her to help him and get a shoe horn. Only one lovely lady works there by the name of Lorraine and I will in future only allow her to serve us.
