    Sent wrong product. Returns policy is a joke. I had to do a round trip of an hour to get to a printers to print label. I had to contact customer services 4 times to get the correct label and had to pay for printing. If they used post office service no printing would be required. If you don't have a printer and are elderly or disabled it would be much worst. It's taken me all morning to sort out their mistake which I had to book time off work and pay aswell to sort out. Avoid using this company if you can is my advice.

    Came in looking for work trousers and the service was fantastic. Really helpful rather then just pointing me to what I was looking for they listened to my needs and suggested something that would be better suited to my needs. Definitely will be coming back if I need anything else safety wise. Both times I have been in so far were female employees and they were fantastic.

    Absolutely no problem with the service here, was served by Sarah - extremely helpful when spending ~£90 for protective gear. Gloves that weren't available in store were delivered faster than expected as well. Will be my first port of call for future PPE.

    Spent over 500 at Arco on Hegdend and was persuaded to cancel a polo shirt order with Strauss Egbert and buy a load of Trojan Polos. I was told 5 working days yet 10 days later the manager has since told me that he didn't order polos as he didn't think I would buy them. Total waste of time. No apology and considering I had just spend over 500 that kind of discredits his reasons for not ordering polos.
