   Horrible lady manager/owner. She was the same last year. I thought it was an off day so gave her a chance today. Absolutely disgusting, the degrading way she looks at you, speaks to you and her attitude, its like its our fault for coming in and asking for uniform. We made her work!! look for uniform! She also has this degrading way in responding to your questions. Everyone is thick in her opinion and she is fed up dealing with us. As a paying customer you want to make sure your getting the right size etc. The rest of the staff, excellent really nice, unfortunately, horrible manager. I feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with this unpleasant person more frequently. Looking at other reviews it's not only me who feels this way. Hoping she can change her ways everyone deserves a chance.

   Horrible Indian lady working here, I believe she is the owner. What an awful way to serve the public, you should be ashamed. Why don’t you close the shop down if you can’t be helpful, smile and be happy with what your doing. I won’t be back here again. I found you so rude today and this was not the first time. I would rather depart with my money where someone can show a bit more respectful to their customers. I would advise others to try out the other uniform shops.

   Great visit this morning to get my daughter's uniform ready for secondary school. The lady was really helpful, patient and helped get the sizes we need. Only the PE hoody wasn't in stock but we've ordered in. Thank you!

   Customer service is shocking - refused to exchange an unopened top for a jumper. Despite the shop policy of 21 days, there is no goodwill for a straight swap when it’s still in it’s original bag with labels and not custom made. Shame we have to use this shop. I’ve had primary school jumpers before which I was told was my washing technique- despite washing as label and having previous jumpers with no issues of how I was washing them. The lady was extremely rude and verging in shouting. If I didn’t have to use them I certainly would not!

   Staff need training. Wasn't informed that needed to keep receipt. First woman on the phone had no idea how to handle the situation but polite. The second woman who tried to help was extremely rude! Basically called me a liar, told me I couldn't speak to a manger cause she was "busy" told her I'm happy to wait. Only for the manager to also be rude! Going by the reviews it's quite clear that the staff need to learn some customer service skills. If you can find somewhere else to get your child's uniform from I reccomend you go elsewhere!

   Went to get my son’s secondary school uniform, the staff were lovely and sooo helpful! The allowed him to try everything on over the clothes he was wearing…. Which was really helpful!!! They told me what items I forgot to ask for to ensure I had everything I needed!! Really would recommend anyone popping down.

   AWFUL “manager” The other staff members seem to be pleasant enough but the manager is despicable. Her attitude and customer service is shameful and unfortunately she lets the whole store down. She told me to “get back in the queue!” When I asked if it was click and collect only due to the insane line of customers. A young girl passed out while entering the shop due to waiting out in the heat for so long! I believe her sons and husband that also work there are very friendly, I can’t imagine how she is to work with. Don’t feel you have to use this place, there are more uniform suppliers out there. I would also like to add that the waiting time on orders almost always goes over the 21 days they say it will take & urge you to consider this before ordering.
