Your Gluten Free Cinnamon Buns are the best thing I have had in a long time. Your GF range is good but these buns are exceptional. For a coeliac it is nice to get something that is so enjoyable. Well done.
I love the food hall at the 'new' M and S. One serious gripe: when fruit, pears in particular, are available in the UK, why offer those from elsewhere? Please please please buy in UK local fresh produce when it is available. Thank you in advance.
Visited the cafe today and was pleasantly surprised. I saw a lot of dislike for the new smaller cafe but have visiting at lunchtime on a Friday there was plenty seating and if not the staff were managing the queue to keep it moving. Matcha & pastry were delicious and cafe was clean. Highly rate the staff on shift on 17/10 as they were all friendly and working hard to make everyone’s experience the best it could be
One of the best and cheapest stores I have been in. The place was immaculate, it looked ready for a photo shoot. Four croissants, reducwd fat, knocked down to £1.53. Costa just a short walk away were selling a lower quality for £2.50 each. Go have a look some great value shopping to be found in a aell laid out store. I like the pretzel buns at £0.75 each
I really enjoy visiting the new Marks & Spencer store at Union Square. The range of groceries available in the food hall is spectacular and the range of clothing choices fantastic. The store is tastefully decorated, the food hall aesthetically pleasing. All in all a feast of delights for the eye and the taste buds. I can heartily recommend that you visit.
Spent nearly £20 at the café and was let down miserably, when you think of mark's and Spencers you usually think of quality, but I guess that doesn't apply to the cafe area or the freshly prepared food. I got the "Cornish cruncher cheddar" jacket potato which is literally just pure greater cheese in a dry potato, nothing else but a little salad... That alone costed 5.50.. got 2 coffees which were very expensive about 3.50 each, those were also disappointing. The only good thing was a premade pistachio cake. Not mark's and Spencers quality at all.
The clothing store is alright but the service in the kitchen runs a bit tight. There are always short of something. Wish the service was better
Great place to shop spent some time shopping and got everything i wanted at affordable prices. Would definitely make time to come back for the Christmas special
Pleasant and helpful staff in the shop. It is a pity that the restaurant’s quality is so inferior to the quality of the shop. We had sandwiches, rolls and drinks which were good value for money but the chips were disgusting. We ordered two portions. They only brought one bowl ( half emptied ) which had reheated soggy chips. When I reminded them that we had ordered and paid for two portions, they took a wee while and brought a full bowl of just made chips, not perfect chips, but totally different to the previous one. Customer service must improve.
Good quality clothes, furniture and food! Everything here is good. There is a nice cafe on the 2nd floor too. The toilets are big and clean. You get a good quality selection of cheese here too. Staff are helpful.
