Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Ross for helping me out in the Bracknell store today. I went into the store this afternoon in a right old tizzy as our fridge freezer had broken down on Xmas eve full of our big xmas food shop. Disaster!! Ross who helped me was friendly, calm and reassured me he could sort us out. I came away with a fab little chest freezer to see us through until useless AO come back to us on the 27th to sort out our broken down 8 month old fridge freezer. Thanks again!

Helpful greeter & passed to very helpful employee who guided me around the store answering most of my questions and pointed me to where I could get a more detailed answer to others. Staff loaded the freezer into my car. Whole event took 5-10 mins tops. Well done

Amazing service from the Bracknell branch. The Manager worked with me to find a laptop and package which was suitable for my needs along with a lovely lady who dealt with the saleβ¦ sorry didnβt get her name. I returned Monday for a member of staff to set up and get things going. Iβm not very tech minded. Five stars to Sam who set everything up for me. A very knowledgeable young man who explained everything I needed to know in kind patient way. Having just moved 5 months ago i still had no broadband. Sam also helped me finally choose a network and package which will be set up for me shortly. Thank you Sam and thank you Curryβs.

I bought a toaster at Curry's Bracknell, which caused an allergic action due to the smell of the product caused by the plastic is was made from. The allergic reaction was quite unpleasant causing my mouth and lips to swell. I had to accept a gift card as a refund, because I had opened the packaging and the product was on display. There was no smell from the one on display. The smell only came to light when I opened the packaging, so I could not be aware of this before opening and there is no warning on the packaging. However, there was no way I could keep this product in the house, because of the allergic reaction was very unpleasant.

We went to look for and to buy an air fryer. Loads of brands / sizes on the internet. They had two! Then I went to look at new laptops. As I started browsing there were 4 staff within 10 meters of me. By the time I had browsed 4 laptops, they had gone their separate ways. This is typical on my experience. I keep going back thinking that I will give them another chance. No more Oh and I got an air fryer and new laptop on the internet.

The customer service at Curryβs Bracknell (The Peel Centre), is just shocking. I had two terrible experiences within the space of 2 weeks - once when returning a toaster and then when picking up a TV. On Friday 20th Jan around 4pm, I went to pick up a TV. I spoke to the chap on Customer Services, whose attitude stinks, not polite, no eye contact and he was the same chap I had overheard speaking rudely to another customer when I came in a couple of weeks ago. His comments to the customer then were βI do know what I am saying, because I have worked in Retail for yearsβ and βif the product is faulty, you have to return it to the manufacturer!β - He was then trying to coerce them in to buying insurance. Shocking behaviour and another reason why Curryβs will likely not be a high street name in the next 2-5 years. I donβt know how this person can work in Retail. Anyway, I digress - I waited and waited for my TV to be brought from the back, with no comment from the two staff just sitting in the customer service area. I then spoke to another chap, who was bringing a product to another customer, who advised that he had no sign of my order on his tablet. He tried to communicate with the 2 that were on customer services and they were rude to him, and they looked like they thought they were better than him. Still no communication with me. Finally the chap found my TV out the back (30mins later). What a joke of a place! Sort it out Curryβs - invest in training these incompetent staff that should not be in retail. Iβll try and avoid Curryβs going forward.

so we bought a tumble dryer from this store and told them it will go in out out building that is weather proof, the lcd screen has stopped working and the care plan department now saying they wont fix. on top of this bought a laptop for my son for xmas and it was never delivered and lost in transit. it final ended up back at their warehouse and its been 30 days and i still cant get a refund! and customer services cant do anything until its processed
