So far i was satisfied with the products and the staff. i went to the aberdeen store today, one of the staff was very nice who served me , i found the other one ( blonde one)unfriendly as i could see her trying to ignore me when i wanted help. i called her thrice but she kept on ignoring and later she told me the other girl is gonna serve me. i guess she doesnot like asian people, that is what i felt for the first time.
Good range of shoes and also they have the latest version every time you go.
The location of the store is great, as it's right in Union Square. There is a reasonable selection of items (footwear) although there isn't really much or significant variety amongst them. I got a pair of shoes here. So far, the quality seems nice. However, this is a VERY expensive store. The most basic pair of shoes here costs around £90 so be ready for that. Additionally, many shoe sizes are unavailable, which is quite frustrating. The store attendants constantly follow you around the store, which can be quite bothering if you just want to browse or shop without much conversation

Having been round MANY shoe shops attempting to buy school shoes that were a good fit AND that my son would actually wear we arrived in Skechers Union Square slowly losing the will to live and I was half resigned to the fact that he'd probably end up wearing trainers. Up stepped shop assistant Heather who was fantastic. She quickly assessed our needs and appeared with a selection of shoes. Only one of which were acceptable to my grumpy boy. She was efficient, non judgemental and her very calm and quiet manner helped my son in a situation he was not very happy in, happily fetching a few different sizes to achieve the best fit. Once we'd paid for the shoes and rucksack and were leaving the store my son decided he wanted to wear his new shoes straight away and Heather was there again assisting him to remove stickers and tags. Well done Heather and thank you for your great customer service this afternoon.
I had a pair of Skechers purchased a few months ago in Australia, that obviously had a manufacturing fault, as they were barely worn. I want to commend Jen on the best customer service I have received in a long time. Despite being close to closing time, she contacted head office by phone to confirm the code for my shoes, spent an extended time helping me fit and select my replacement shoes. She was friendly, engaging, professional and helpful.
