   Assistant manager and manager do this shop o good with terrible attitudes. Bought boots that squeaked to b told this was Normal? And no action was going t be taken . Contacted Usc Customer service who basically told me they only deal with online sales Then contacted Timberland who confirmed this was a manufacturing fault . So back to shop and again told boots were fine . After showing email from Timberland and quoted my right on faulty goods she said she was refund me as a "favour" really . Won't. Back in this shop

   Was disappointed with one member of staff attitude. USC was very lucky to have the sale of a jacket of £132. After standing at till to pay for item for approx 5 mins with no other customers in store. I called on one of the staff. And she was un pleased on how I took her attention. By ho ho. I was then humiliated. Sadly after my experience. I will not be returning to USC store in future. To be humiliated

   Bit of a con in this shop. OVERGATE, DUNDEE. I walked in the other day and certain items marked ON SALE.. a pair of firetrap boots, from around £80 down to £45.. theyve always been £45. . and a Lacoste zip up cardigan was £90.. it was £80 last month, and i bought one on sale for £68 . This is scamming people. Ive shopped here for 3 years, and you do get some good deals, but this nonsense has to stop.

   Disappointed in USC service, I ordered for 3 pair of footwear, two pairs were exactly what I ordered and one of the items was not part of the items I purchased. I contacted USC via email and they agreed to send the right order. I returned the item to USC hoping they ll send me the right item. But again they sent me the wrong item for the second time, I sent another email and included the product code to enable them send me the right item. Unfortunately this time around the declined to respond nor send me the right item I purchased. Highly disappointed in USC.

   Great sales at the minute great selection of men's clothes mostly but they need to make more room for customers as it's quite bad and makes you want to leave the shop before you have had a chance to look around...can't move in here it the shop that losing customers it turns me off the shop itself.
