Having been recommended to this club by my work colleagues I have thoroughly enjoyed the training and have completed my 2nd grading to yellow belt. I feel confident within myself that I can defend against an aggressive person and my flexibility has improved . Happy I started my ITF Taekwondo journey.

   Absolutely amazing! Multiple classes in many parts of the UK, this place is perfect. I learned and am learning so much from my instructor. UKTI prepares you for protection in the street and for worldwide competitions! Overall 5 stars, great training and probably the most fun martial art you can do.

   I’ve been going to these classes for a couple of years, and I still enjoy them immensely. I don’t grade (I’m 72 now), but they are good exercise, have given me tips on self defence, and increased my confidence in the street. I’m impressed with the standard of teaching, and the focus on child safety (most of the students are 16 or under).

   My daughter has been attending for nearly 4 years and absolutely loves it. Mr John is great with her and she looks forward to it every week. Couldn't recommend it more. Especially for children with challenging behaviours it teaches great discipline.
