I asked for recommendations which was a GREAT idea - store staff took time to understand my needs and suggested good products. They also brought the products round to the loading bay for me to pick up in the car. Great shop. Thanks

Robert Dyas in Winchester is a fantastic shop, helpful and friendly. Recently, I couldn’t lock my car as my key battery had died. Already parked up I was unsure what to do. After asking in a different shop in Winchester who tried to charge me £19 to change my battery, Scott in Robert Dyas saved the day! He sorted it out in 5 minutes and didn’t charge for the service - what a hero!
A lightbulb gave out and I had to get a new one, had no idea what I was looking for but they were so helpful, not sure what the lady that helped me was called but thank you for helping me it made my day :)
The staff are so nice, friendly, helpful and efficient. Favourite purchases are the large steel pizza baking tray and the 9” square cake tin which are excellent quality, don’t stick, and are very reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend them.
Excellent service in store. Lesley was a superstar going above and beyond to help us with a confusing light bulb purchase and to purchase 2 DAB radios. Checking that they were suitable for our needs. Excellent and friendly but professional customer service. Well done Lesley
