After asking in a different shop in Winchester who tried to charge me £19 to change my battery, Scott in Robert Dyas saved the day! He sorted it out in 5 minutes and didn’t charge for the service - what a hero!”

It’s really convenient to have everything under one roof! The staff I met were friendly and helpful, and parking is free for a couple of hours, which makes visits hassle-free. Sometimes it can get busy, and checkout lines may be a bit slow, but it’s worth the wait because you’ll always find something great. The café is also a nice bonus for a quick break. If you love browsing and discovering new things for your home, this is the place to go!”
