It’s become a cherished part of my morning routine to stop by Pumpkin Café for coffee. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly. A special mention goes to Salina, whose warm smile and genuinely kind hospitality make every visit feel like a great start to the day. Great team!

Very pleasant cafe situated within the Royal Berkshire Hospital. They do a nice cup of tea and coffee. A good range of snacks. Polite and friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable seating, with an inviting, relaxed atmosphere.

Needed a place to rest after coin day. Very nice chairs. This is the centre of the royal berks. When you walk around here you see all the nurses and doctors and it makes you so humble. They do such an incredible job and our whole nation owes them our gratitude. They are so hard working. They are so kind and caring. More to follow on the coffee as it’s too hot to drink. Very tranquil place. Nice staff. Good selection of food items. I can only imagine that people who come here must be going through a lot. I bet this cafe has seen a lot. P.s the staff work very hard mopping floors and looking after everybody in the cafe. Good charging point for phone. Good coffee. Good water. P.p.s it’s getting very quiet now in the cafe. The shop with the lovely lady has closed. There are less people coming and going now. Cafe staff kindly made me a coffee before closing. Still looking for somewhere or some way to leave my magic coins. Hopefully Judy can help but I think she might be busy in an and e or enjoying time off. P.p.p.s the cafe girl is working very hard sorting out the bins. There seems to be a lot to do.

Jenny is so cheerful and lifts everybody's spirit. We've been coming to the hospital for 13 years and it's been a pleasure to see Jenny and her team so happy and helpful. She's just what every hospital cafe needs. Xx

The barista who served me on a weekday morning gave me a lovely experience when it was a rough start to the day. The lovely lady jenny cox (senior barista) gave me a nice chat and helped me through, and made me a lovely hot drink along with a nice bacon bap on the cold morning it was.

Jenny and her team are a super friendly bunch who will brighten your day. The coffee is good. Not incredible, but good for what it is. Pastries were super tasty. Other food looked well presented and appetising, too. Overall a great place.

Popped in for breakfast. I had a bacon roll and my wife an almond croissant. The bacon roll was comparable to anything I have had from Gregg's and my wife said it was the freshest croissant she has tasted. The service was great and the prices are reasonable, nice not to feel ripped off.

Staff is quite friendly but the croissant and coffee are no good. Sitting area is just sufficient but no sanitary cleaning after use under COVID 19. Quite scary!
