   AVOID IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCES - or even just if you want to know what's actually in the food you're ordering. Myself and toddler are unable to eat dairy, soy and egg, it makes my 1 year old very unwell so we asked if there was an allergy menu, no worries if not we'd have just gone elsewhere. The lady at the counter handed me the vegan menu and said we can have anything on there everything is free from. A LOT of vegan alternatives have soy so I asked about this and was told "no. Nothing here has soy in. We don't buy anything with soy in" this sounded extremely unlikely so I questioned this. I asked if she would mind checking the bread for soya as we personally struggle to find bread without soya in. She dismissed everything I was asking saying everything's fine so I asked if I could see the packaging for the bread that she's assured me was most definitely "soya free" - spoiler alert, it very much contained soya. Allergies are SO serious and can cause such harm to those who aren't able to consume them and even in some cases can be fatal so I feel like this is so dangerous and I will never return even when I'm able to eat these foods again due to their lack of safeguarding members of the public by potentially serving dangerous foods. No apologies were offered either and at no point did she want to check any of the foods she just stood at the front telling me "everything is fine"

   Pangbournes Café is a charming little spot with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It has the feel of a true local gem – not overly touristy, but clearly well-loved by the people who live in the area. The highlight of our visit was the excellent full English breakfast, which was perfectly cooked and generously portioned. Everything from the quality of the ingredients to the friendly service made for a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended if you're in the area and looking for a cozy, authentic café to enjoy a proper English breakfast.

   Great little cafe. The food was very good for the price (cafe standard) and the service was excellent. Was warned at time of ordering one of our meals would take longer but was only 2 or 3 minutes behind other meals. And they apologised again. Very clean, good with kids (they have a small play area, very small but kudos to them as most nowadays don't have anything for little kids) I would recommend

   Warm, friendly café in Pangbourne, close to the high street, the Thames path and the meadow. The food here is great - I highly recommend the "Berkshire breakfast". The staff are lovely too, very welcoming. Free WI-FI (Pangbourne has patchy mobile phone signal in the village centre).

   Great cafe/restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff. Great range of options for veggies and vegans, really tasty home-cooked food. Was also very clean and comfy with nice customer toilet. Definitely recommended for a quick coffee or nice breakfast!

   We visited here for lunch in the week during the summer holidays ,staff were very friendly and a good menu choice including a range of vegetarian and vegan options which is really good.The cafe is really clean which is good for a small cafe.The sausage and mash came with a pot of tea and we got 2 cans of drink. We also ordered a baguette (the last one!) and a coronation chicken sandwich which was delicious. Highly recommended

   Really lovely fluffy omelette. They have a great selection of food as well as a range of vegetarian and vegan options which is good to see! They also have some delicious cakes and smoothies on offer. Really quick service, but this is also because they’re often not very busy so go have lunch there!
