   I visited costa in Caversham , toilets only for a Customers only , As it was a massive queue and I needed to go to the toilet,I’ve asked for a code , And I’ve got respond where is my Receipt , I would appreciate not to be shout by Dominic about my receipt front of all the customers ,I respond it that I need to use the toilet before I need to order a drink as the queue to long ,I then been given the code ,poor service and attitude .

   Absolutely shocked at the experience with Dominic in Costa Caversham today. He instructed us to keep our 18 month old daughter quiet, and I quote, told us….‘it’s not a kindergarten in here’. A formal complaint is underway with Costa management. As someone who usually visits twice a week, I will not be visiting here again.

   I absolutely love visiting Costa Coffee in Caversham! The recent renovation has really elevated the ambiance – it’s now a perfect spot to work quietly or catch up with friends. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make customers feel at home. What impresses me most is how they remember their regular customers and their preferred coffee orders – it’s such a personal touch! Every time I visit, they deliver the exact coffee just the way I like it. Great service, great atmosphere!

   The coffee is awful, undrinkable! But my kid loves the marshmallows, the staff are usually very friendly despite being slow, the cakes are sometimes ok but usually dry, the toasties are edible. There's plenty of seating. There are two toilets, so one is usually usable, relatively clean, and possibly has toilet paper. A last resort in my opinion.

   Won't use again...Wanted to charge me double price for a cup of tea as I had the audacity to ask for two bags in my tea. Never used to charge!!! Apparently a new management policy. I would recommend checking your bill!!!!...Such a shame as I used this coffee shop a lot for business meetings. Can't wait for Starbucks to open up in Caversham now.

   A very busy Costa in the heart of Caversham, pleasant surroundings with outside seating, seating and table's are clean. Service can be slow during busy times if you don't mind the wait, I had a medium latte which is always good, and a slice of Lemon and Blueberry Cake which was very good
