   Amazing choice of running shoes. The difficulty is deciding which one pair to buy. Helpful staff. Good prices. Lovely running tops, shorts ,leggings, jackets and hats. A range of sports bras that actually fit properly. Socks. Sliders. Headphones. Rucksacks. It’s my favourite place to shop for everything I need for my favourite activity !!

   I was recommended by a previous customer and I can honestly say I was so impressed. Phil there was really helpful and knowledgeable. I spent 2 hours there doing the gait and then getting other running gear too but I didn’t feel rushed and the team was fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 40 minute drive 100% worth it.

   I visited in November 24 for a gait analysis - excellent, friendly service and came away very happy with a pair of shoes. I returned today in the market for another pair and was served by Jason, extremely warm welcome and he took the time to listen to my needs. He found me a few pairs that may be suited and after a few runs on the treadmill and listening to his advice, I came away with a pair of Altras in the sale (didn't know this when trying them on) which was even better. Lovely shop, great variety of stock and all staff really friendly. Will definitely return when I need my next pair!

   Came across the store today on Google as was looking to go and try some new running shoes. Popped in and was greeted by the team immediately in an enthusiastic friendly manner and no pushy sales. Listened to my thoughts and offered theirs too. Had a great discussion and tried plenty of shoes and even allowed me to test them out on the treadmill. From this visit I will be a regular here, store looked great! Abbey service and help was top quality. Thank you team

   I went for a gait analysis today and was very happy with the service. I was served by Mary who is very knowledgeable and gave plenty of good advice on what shoes would be best for me as I’m training for my first half marathon and have not ran further than 10km before. The gait analysis results were explained clearly and I was able to try on a variety of different shoes and felt I could take my time and there was no pressure to buy and I settled on a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS. I was also given advice on nutrition and how to keep my energy levels up during longer distance runs with energy gels/bars so also got a sample pack of some flapjacks and will return to get some bars or gels during my training and for race day! Running Form is a lovely small business, and it’s clear those working there are knowledgeable about all things running! I’d recommend paying them a visit whether you’re just starting out with running or have completed multiple ultras!

   I visited Running Form on Saturday and they couldn't have been more helpful. From start to finish they were brilliant, I tried on 6 pairs of trainers and was fitted with the perfect pair based on my running technique. I am running the London Marathon in April and they were so helpful in sharing tips and advice for the race, nutrition, recovery - everything! The best running shop around, I highly recommend and will be returning!

   Regularly go above and beyond. Quality gait analysis, genuinely care and knowledgeable, unlike other places I've visited where they've been unexperienced and just go through the motions. Stayed open late to help me with some new trainers. I'm very fussy, came away with some On running trainers that fixed me up perfectly, and got rid of a couple niggles.

   Very happy with the Asics trainers I purchased yesterday. The gait analysis meant I got shoes that were perfectly suited to my feet, having tried on 6 pairs of all great trainers. The staff member was very informative and friendly. Will be back.

   I can well imagine you get good service in the shop but not if one buys online In the beginning of the year during the Lockdown I bought a pair of Asics running shoes online, costing £120. After trying them on and wearing them in the house a bit, I decided they did not have the absorption required. Running Form supposed to have 30 or 40 day return policy. I sent them back to Running Form and the owner accused me of running in them outside, I said I had not but he insisted I had. He informed me he could never resell them, which I disputed. He sent me some super enlarged photos that revealed every spec. I later enlarged some photos of brand new shoes and got almost the same visual view. This was on a Friday and I rang on the Saturday, and I spoke to spoke an assistant about it, and I remembered while talking to him that I had run outside in the rain to alert a delivery man that I was at home. Being I am an honest guy I thought this would create understanding. I informed the assisstant I would talk to the owner on Monday. I spoke to the owner on Monday and he was totally uncooperative and and not only would he offer a return, he tried to get me to pay for postage to return them. Anyway eventually he returned them. I got the feeling because it was lockdown he wanted to hold on to every sale he could. I also got the feeling that he was I am right and everyone else is wrong type of guy. I have since showed the shoes to a few runners, and they all said they look like new. I have also asked them if they received them from an online shop would you accept them as new. They all mentioned yes. I have inserted the photos of the shoes below as proof of the good condition they were in. Considering the reply below. The shoes as shown have not been worn but tried for fit.The shoes were returned free after insistence from myself. At no point did I mention wearing them outside except when by accident I ran out to collect a parcel. On their website they mention it is ok to try them in the house. How can one check the fit if one cannot try them in the house, especially with an online purchase
