   Customer care costs nothing and I don't blame the people working here it's the company itself. Spent ages trying to access the single one and only changing room next to the tills. Apparently only the two busy girls behind the counter can allow access (other staff said this witha glum and depressed I hate working here attitude). In the end I just dropped my clothes and walked out. Just the worst experience in a shop I have had in a long time.

   Was looking for someone to help with a shoe query and spotted a woman (ponytail) glaring over, pretending to busy herself behind a display in the children’s shoe area. Due to the blatantly hostile/unapproachable vibe she was emitting, I chose not to go near & eventually found a friendlier staff member (long dark hair) to ask.

   Arrived at the store at 17:50 to find the store shut with doors closed and locked when it says open until 18:00. Appreciate that staff want to leave, but pointless providing a time when the store closes to the public that is later than when they actually close (in this case by 10 minutes). Staff should be paid beyond the time of when the store closes to the public so as to avoid confusion so they may then close up and clean up etc....

   Rude customer service staff. Not one of them can give you a service with a smile or even speak without being polite. Don’t work where you have to interact with customers maybe?

   Visited the new store today, in Burton upon Trent, great layout, plenty of choice, had to buy Rugby and Football boots for my youngest. Good range and styles available. Staff were very helpful and there were plenty available to ask for help. Will be going again shortly, did end up with a random buy.....2 new umbrellas down by the tills. They have prices for different budgets. Pleasantly surprised with my bill.
