   We are exceptionally pleased with our purchases from Natuzzi editions, Kyle, Kayleigh and Helen have all been very helpful over the last year or so. Firstly our experience in the store was very pleasant with friendly professional and knowledgeable staff. When we have had a problem they have sorted it out promptly. Their after sales service is first class. A big thank you to all at Natuzzi editions Stoke-on-Trent and Sera in their after sales service department.

   After searching locally for a quality suite we came across Natuzzi in Stoke on Trent and on entering the store initially we were left to browse their extensive range of quality sofas. When eventually we decided to ask for information on one particular leather sofa we were given a very professional service by Kyle who even agreed to visit our home to ascertain whether or not the sofa we liked would fit through a very tight front door. Three visits to the store later and I have to say testing the patience of Kyle we could not have hoped to have received better service anywhere. Order placed we are now looking forward to receiving our new Natuzzi sofa and chair.

   It’s not easy shopping for a sofa with two kids in tow but our experience yesterday was surprisingly pain free - in fact I’d go as far as to say, enjoyable. The staff at Natuzzi Editions, were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kyle’s knowledge of the company and products was spot on. We felt he really listened to what we wanted and gave us time to consider our options. All in all a very positive experience and we came away feeling really pleased that we chose Natuzzi Editions. We can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive!
