    I was disappointed with the print tray I ordered, but realised I had read ‘rustic’ to mean ‘antique’, when the item was newly made from old wood. I decided it would serve the purpose, so put hangers on the back and used it to display items as planned. However, after a couple of months, it showed signs of active woodworm. I contacted the company, who said they would do a refund if I returned it, which I did, at my expense. In the meantime, my husband had treated it with woodworm killer. When they received it, the company noticed it was outside the 30 day returns window, and was not in the condition it was sent out in, so they would not do a refund, but they would return it to me at my expense: it would have cost me almost £15 over the original cost to get a defective item returned. I declined; I would rather put the money towards a better quality item. Not impressed!

    Unfortunately they sell damaged goods which are at best seconds. Even worse they don't seem to understand UK consumer rights, and refuse to refund even when returned. Avoid the headache.....AVOID RUSTIQUE LIVING.

    Thought this place was still a Fire shop but passed- by before Christmas and popped in , Really nice quirky items that are good quality but priced reasonably. Had a few items from there since lovely shop and owner really helpful . Go Visit ! Lee
