   PLEASE WITH UPMOST DUE DILLIGENTS AVOID THIS COMPANY. These people illegally removed a homeless person's car and motorbike from brent. This car was on nomans land and it was clear to see the car was being lived in. No warning or notice given. Now this poor guy is out in this freezing cold wet weather trying to survive. This guy doesn't have family or many friends and you do this to him in the coldest months. Please return the car and motorbike you illegally removed. Thanks LA12 EXU . KF07 XYY This guy you removed these items from is the nicest person, Helps everyone and anyone. He is homeless and goes out of his way daily to help other homeless people. This is the same guy who worked as a recovery driver from 10 years of his life being out in all weather's for 15 hours a day mostly 7 days a week! To help others and this is how he is repayed. This is real big problems my friends. It was very obvious to see that a person was living in this car with a solar panel being mounted in the windscreen and a heater being installed in the passenger seat.

   Helpful place with good prices for car parts. Unfortunately, my experience at the till was very poor. I was there with my wife buying a car bumper. The bumper had foam support pieces and I asked my wife to put them in the bag so we wouldn’t forget them. At the till, one staff member started shouting loudly, accusing us of stealing. He was screaming in front of other customers, which was very embarrassing and completely unnecessary. Even if there is a concern, it should be handled politely and privately, not by shouting and humiliating customers in public. This behaviour was rude and unprofessional. The other staff member was fine, but this particular employee needs better customer service training.

   Really well run and professional scrap merchant. Communication was clear throughout the entire process and all the staff were friendly that I dealt with. I even called to check my vehicle could be scrapped on the 31st as otherwise I was going to get charged another month tax. They accommodated this which saved me money on top of what I got for the scrap. Overall couldn't be happier with the service.

   I wanted to leave a review for Matt (forklift driver) as apart from the reception guys he was brilliant/very helpful which is more than what i can say for the rude/ill mannered foriegn boys in the yard, with abit of luck they'll all get fired.
