   I called into Motor Traveller Car Box to enquire for bike rack extension for older Thule biker rack I own.Stuart was straight onto it and emailed me that day to say Thule had discontinued the part but to leave it with him.He came back the next day with an Ebay link where I could buy a brand new part and advised me the price was good. Customer service way above and beyond , would 100% recommend this company for any of your needs, it's so rare to find such customer service especially when this didn't result in a sale . Please support this fantastic business.

   I needed a bike rack for a trip the next day (yes, poor planning on my part) and checked all the local Halfords - none of them could deliver for almost a week. A quick Google search for the Thule Outway Hanging bike rack brought me to MT Car Box who listed one in stock, and as a bonus they were only 30 minutes away from where I live. I gave them a call, Stuart confirmed they had one in and booked me in for a 3pm same day fitting. I am *so* happy that I found MT Car Box and didn't use Halfords. MT Car Box were slightly cheaper, and offered free fitting to boot (no pun intended) whereas Halfords charge £20 for this. Not only that, Stuart is a really knowledgable guy who has tons of experience fitting these things. I technically could have fitted it myself at home, but it would have taken 3 times as long and included a lot of swearing from me and tutting from my partner. I left MT Car Box with a perfectly fitted bike rack, my bike securely fastened to it. Stuart even added an extra strap to make sure the bike was completely secure. I thoroughly recommend this place, and if/when I need roof bars or a roof box I will visit again without hesitation.

   I got in touch with MT Car Box in order to buy and have fitted both some roof bars and a Thule box, after reading the reviews. Stuart was helpful from the start of the order, providing good advice and all the parts needed where in stock. Headed there later that week for fitting and all was great, Stuart was really nice to deal with and took time to explain how it all worked. Really pleased with what we purchased and the bars and box have already been really useful for us. Stuart was even kind enough to recommend a local dog walk around the corner so we could take our dog for a run! Thanks Stuart and MT Car Box
