   Had fantastic service from Haynes yesterday called into the garage as my steering wheel was loose. They were extremely busy and the workshop was full but the guy on the service desk said I can’t let you drive away like that. He got the car straight into the workshop and pulled a mechanic off the job he was on. Turns out the locking nut on the steering wheel was not correctly tightened by a previous garage. 10 mins of there time and all fixed. Went to the counter to pay and was told free of charge as it was a quick fix. Much appreciated to you and the team. Thank you very much. Your new customer going forwards.

   What amazing customer service! Whilst in Wallingford visiting family, I had a loud knocking from my exhaust and on inspection the bracket had totally corroded. I was concerned at driving the 40 mins home, so popped into Haynes to see if there was anything they could do. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they have a look straight away, they fixed it enough for me to get home and ever so kindly, didn’t even charge me for their time! I can’t thank Mark and the team enough; if I lived in Wallingford, this would certainly be my go to garage! You don’t often see this kind of service these days, restores your faith in humanity. Thank you so much!

   i rang in a panic thinking a light newly illuminated on my dash was a brake warning. Altough they couldn't book it in in the near future they said they d check exactly what was going on that day. It was nothing to do with brakes and just tyre pressure. They happily offered to do the tyres for me and would nt take payment. In this day and age i was thrilled. i followedanother lady who was thanking one of the guys for being so helpful and spending so much time with her though she barely spent any money in the end. He said 'No problem, maybe you ll come back.'. How fantastic.

   These guys went above and beyond to help me with urgent brake issues. A really duty of care and a service of quality and dedication you rarely see these days. Mark even gave me a follow up call once I'd had the car back for a day to check all was ok. Very reasonably priced and just an all round good experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

   Thanks for getting me, my family and our 12 year old Saab with roofbox and 4 bikes all the way to Austria & Slovenia and back. Excellent advice, servicing (and even telephone support while we were en route!) - what more can I say?! (It's a very, very long way from Wallingford to Vienna - a bit further than I thought!). Thanks again Haynes, as usual.
