   **Dissapointed.** I visited on Saturday morning and had to wait around 10–15 minutes just to be acknowledged by the staff. After all that waiting, the item I had pre-ordered for collection wasn’t even available. The trip was a complete waste of time.

   Served here today by a gentleman whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately. Extremely helpful, friendly and knew his stuff. I am no car expert so the gentleman’s knowledge and explanation of process was much help meaning I left the Abingdon branch happy knowing I have purchased the correct part at the best price he could give me. I went to euro car parts yesterday and had a completely different experience so I know where I shall go if I need car part assistance again.

   I've lived near this place for over 4 years and didn't realise it was there. How daft am I? Anyway, I was finding it difficult to get good screenwash for the cold weather and they have tons of stock. Helpful and pleasant staff too

   Good prices and good quality products. Bought an injector here yesterday and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Also gave me a bit of a discount. Before I've had issues with the shop being closed during open hours hence only 4 stars.
